PageTool provides tools to create websites for free. Certain features, including hosting and exporting website code, require payment.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining account security • All activity under your account • Providing accurate information

You retain ownership of content you create. However, by using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree that it will not: • Violate any laws • Infringe intellectual property rights • Contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@pagetool.io with: • A description of the copyrighted work • The URL of the infringing content • Your contact information

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

• Some features require payment • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled • You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

• All payments are final unless otherwise stated or required by law • If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us before initiating a chargeback • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension or termination • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service usage (including login activity, site hosting activity, and transaction records)

We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or similar providers). Payment data is handled securely by these providers and is not stored directly by us.

You may cancel subscriptions at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period.

You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal purposes • Distribute malware, phishing content, or spam • Host or distribute malicious or deceptive content • Attempt unauthorized access to systems • Interfere with service functionality • Use the platform to exploit, harm, or mislead others

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, monitor, or remove content at our sole discretion.

We may take action including: • Removing or disabling content • Suspending or terminating accounts • Restricting access to services

This may occur without prior notice if we believe content or activity: • Violates these Terms • Poses a security risk • Could harm other users or the platform • Exposes us to legal liability

We may use automated systems to detect abuse, spam, or harmful activity. These systems are not perfect and may occasionally take action in error.

We are not responsible for user-generated content but reserve the right to remove it at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageTool from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your content.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageTool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
