Refund Policy
Our promise: 14 days, for any reason
If you are not happy, you can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment you make to Pagetool, for any reason. This applies to the first payment of a plan and to every renewal: if a monthly or yearly renewal charges you and you did not want it, ask within 14 days of that renewal and we will refund it.
It covers everything we sell:
- Website plans (Starter, Creator and Pro), monthly or yearly, and extra-site add-ons
- One-time purchases such as HTML export and AI token top-ups
- Domain names bought through Pagetool
Payments made through a pay link sent to you directly are handled separately, in the US only, through Stripe. The same 14-day refund applies to them.
How to ask for a refund
Email 8mcgraw@gmail.com from the email address you paid with, or tell us the website or domain the payment was for. You do not need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
You can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments older than 14 days are not refunded for the remaining part of that period.
Domain names
If we cannot register the domain you paid for, you are refunded in full automatically — you never pay for a domain we do not register. Within 14 days of buying a domain you can also ask for a refund like any other purchase.
Charged in error?
If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us first and we will sort it out quickly — that is usually faster than a dispute with your bank.
